We oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend and create thousands of human ads each month, with each ad making our system smarter. THE ROLE As a playable ads editor, you will be responsible for executing the vision set by creative strategist. You will be responsible for turning game or app concepts into HTML5/Unity/Cocos-based interactive ad creatives, from prototype to final build, optimized for performance, engagement, and ad network requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES • Build interactive playable ads using Unity or other similar tools • Create simple gameplay mechanics strictly for ad purposes • Optimize playables for performance and ad network requirements • Collaborate with designers and US-based creative strategists REQUIREMENTS • MUST have hands-on experience with creating playable ads • Strong traditional editing skills • Strong communication and organizational skills • A sharp eye for what makes a winning paid ad creative • Ability to manage creative production workflows BENEFITS • This is a a full time remote position. • Competitive compensation based on geo. • Competitive bonus (top editors earn 500/mo in bonuses)
