About the role
At Zaelot, we are a progressive team-building company that specializes in developing scalable solutions for our enterprise clients. Our team consists of over 90 dedicated professionals across 9 different countries, fostering a culture of trust, innovation, and collaboration. We prioritize continuous learning and improvement, ensuring that our employees are equipped with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing tech landscape.
The Role:
You’ll run the day-to-day work of our outreach efforts, including Zaelot Beacon, our outbound program.
That means building and cleaning prospect lists, setting up campaigns, writing outreach copy, and keeping our CRM organized so sales can act on what you generate.
• Build, segment and maintain distribution lists for outbound campaigns
• Source and enrich contacts in Apollo, then sync and organize them in HubSpot
• Set up and run email and LinkedIn outreach sequences
• Write clear, persuasive outreach copy in English: emails, LinkedIn messages and short posts
• Keep HubSpot clean, including properties, lists, lifecycle stages and deduplication
• Track campaign performance (open, reply and meeting rates) and suggest improvements
• Work closely with sales to refine targeting and messaging
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or sales development
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (lists, sequences, workflows, contact management)
• Hands-on experience with Apollo (prospecting, filters, enrichment, exports)
• Strong command of LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach (Sales Navigator is a plus)
• Proven experience building and segmenting distribution lists
• Excellent written English. You’ll write directly to US decision-makers. Spoken English at a conversational level is enough.
• Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
• Self-managed and reliable in a remote, async environment
• Experience marketing B2B services, especially software, tech or consulting
• Familiarity with cold email deliverability best practices
• Basic reporting or dashboard skills
