Licensed Insurance Service Representative

Insurance is a $10T market that still runs on phone calls and legacy software. Truvo is building the first autonomous consumer insurance broker with a single goal: enabling Americans to never worry about insurance again. We work with 50+ (soon 100+) carriers like GEICO, Root and Lemonade to quote, bind, and service policies across auto, home, pet, and more. Earlier this year we raised our seed from top funds and people like the founders of MongoDB, Wayve, Business Insider, Octopus and Indeed, and are expanding aggressively. We're a small team based in Soho, NYC. This role is remote; we care about winning, not performing. What you'll do • Own the service queue. Endorsements, address and vehicle changes, driver adds, lienholder and mortgagee updates, ID cards and proof of insurance, end to end. • Save the business. Get ahead of non-pay warnings, cancellations and rate increases. Re-shop across carriers and rewrite coverage before a customer walks. • Run renewals and escalations. Review renewals before they land, catch premium jumps early, and get stuck items unstuck with carrier portals, underwriting and billing. How we work • AI-native to the bone. This role works live policies from day one • Experience in a personal-lines service, retention or account management seat: endorsements, billing and cancellations • A drive to get people the right coverage, not just off the phone • Comfort with new tools and AI-assisted workflows. No coding needed • Bonus: multi-line experience (auto plus home or renters), carrier portals and comparative raters, or an insurtech background Process A few short conversations, then an offer.
