Our team focuses on talent sourcing, candidate screening, and pre-selection, working with professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to streamline hiring processes and create opportunities for professional growth. • Manage multiple conversations simultaneously through written messages. • Maintain engaging conversations and build relationships with subscribers. • Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving business goals. • Apply communication, customer retention, and digital sales strategies. • Maintain confidentiality and comply with the company's professional standards. • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B1+). • Excellent English writing and reading comprehension skills. • Computer or laptop running Windows 10 or later, with at least 8 GB of RAM. • Stable internet connection and a backup plan for power outages or internet disruptions. • Responsibility, proactivity, motivation, and willingness to learn. • Availability to work 8-hour shifts, 6 days a week. • No previous experience required; training will be provided. • Variable earnings based on performance and sales results. • Sales commissions starting at 3%, subject to the position's terms and conditions. • Paid training, in accordance with the conditions established by the company.
